One Step Closer

As part of our requirements for obtaining a religious visa when we move to Italy, Franklin and I have been ordained!

It took place during a Sunday morning service at our church.  It was wonderful to be surrounded by our church family and friends, and to have the ordination performed by my own mom (thanks mom!).

We even had some special guests support us, including some of our GEM family! (Thanks Caron for your encouragement!)

We are excited to be moving forward in this marathon of preparations.  It often feels like we aren't even close to reaching the finishing line, but we've learned that as long as we continue putting one foot in front of the other, we know we will get there - exactly when God intends us to be!
